Paid patterns are delivered digitally by Payhip immediately after a successful checkout. No physical product will be shipped. Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or promotions folder if the receipt is not visible.
Download problems
If a link is missing, expired, or the PDF will not open, contact Craftitory through the Payhip contact page and include the product name and the email address used for the order. Do not include payment-card details.

Digital products are supplied immediately and cannot be physically returned. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law. If you purchased twice, received the wrong file, or cannot access the download, contact Craftitory so the order can be reviewed fairly.
Pattern questions
When asking for crochet help, mention the pattern name and the exact round, row, or section. A photograph of your work can also make the problem easier to understand.
